Disabling and enabling Mailocator using a parameter in the URL

If you need to limit campaigns in time and the UTM parameter is not available, you can use the internal parameter of Mailocator

When is it appropriate to turn off the parameters in the URL?
if a standardized UTM parameter is not available
if you need to disable Mailocator without waiting for the cache or session to expire
during testing


How does it work?
after calling the parameter, Mailocator will remain permanently unavailable to the user until it is switched on



Disable Mailocator using a parameter in the URL


Add the following parameter to your site's URL mailocator=off

Example:
https://exmaple.com/document?mailocator=off




Enable Mailocator using a parameter in the URL


Add the following parameter to your site's URL mailocator=on

Example:
https://exmaple.com/document?mailocator=on
